We plan to build a new church in focus - mill at a cost of 5.6. Does anyone know of sources of financing such a project? Scholarships available?

First Church has not the Earth? You can access funds for community banks and regional banks, churches, as part of its initiatives loans. What faith are you? Sometimes the foundations have funding for these projects. Grants? Visit your bank and speak with a bank for a few ideas? The Small Business Administration may also be a good source of funding? Or the Better Business Bureau? Chamber of Commerce? Or just another local church in your area, how they financed their construction to get ideas. Good luck! :-)
Do you really think it is wise for a church to go to the debt? In particular, what the Bible says about debt and credit. There are many indications OT disadvantages loans. But also think of Proverbs 22:7 ..... The borrower is slave to the lender. I recommend the payment in cash.
