Where do you find pasteurized eggs for making mayonnaise? Can you do this yourself? - blender mayonnaise recipe

I raise chickens that lay eggs of beautiful color. I would use some
in a blender homemade mayonnaise recipe.

Both ASYOU enter the egg can be fresh, you will have no problems. Can only kept in the refrigerator and use a little sooner than it would have a regular store bought pot. This usually is not a problem b / c he knows better! LOL


Mayonnaisse

2 egg yolks
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 cup vegetable oil (canola, sunflower, safflower) or mild olive oil

Egg yolks, mustard and lemon juice in a food processor or blender. Top of the procedure and how the machine is running, the oil in a thread at the top point. Mayonnaise collect and condense suddenly.

2. If mixture is too thick, dilute a little warm water. Salt and pepper to taste. Mayonnaise is used for about 1 week in the refrigerator in a tightly closed container.
