08 Sprinter 3.0 Fuel Filter Location Would I Make A Good Sprinter?

Would I make a good Sprinter? - 08 sprinter 3.0 fuel filter location

I'm a good athlete? I ran the 100 meters in about 13 seconds, and I have 13 years. I have never done track before the season begins, as in 3 months.
In addition, it would be in the 200m and 400m good? I can the 400 meters in 1:08, but I've never programmed in the 200 meters. (My time is 6:45 miles if assistance). What events do you think would be a good thing?
What are some things I can do now to become a better athlete? I have no access to a treadmill, but I can go to the gym 2 times a week and I run outside every day if I want. Tips to increase my speed?
I am 13 years old, 5'2 "and weighs 108 pounds, which helps, if at all.
Please answer all questions.
Thank you!

Do not listen to Emily. Riders of all shapes and sizes. Watch Usain Bolt, the fastest 100m runners (Sprint) always, he is tall and thin. In addition, the Sprinters are short and muscular. Distance runners are made shorter and thinner, but many are tall and thin.

Typically, you would better sprinters, especially 100 and 400 If you really 68 seconds to run well, and if they improve 12.0-12.5 seconds, is looking for scholarships! I think that might 200 Your best career .... and focus on plyometrics, good sprint (Google if you want), and "speed work" to help you increase your speed.

To a great athlete who wants to be super muscular and preferably more than high. Is long and thin, long distance and Sprint oppostite. As I the 400th to do everything in about 72 seconds and missed most of the time. I'm pretty sure it's good for 100 miles. I track and XC.
